The Magic Cloak

Mitch Wyman, and his brother, Charlie, are ordinary boys living ordinary lives in an ordinary town in rural New York.

But then a gift arrives. A cloak, sent by their grandfather, that transports them into the past, to a village in southern England.

There, the boys must learn to endure the harsh and dangerous life of a peasant in the Dark Ages, as they fight to recover a mysterious amulet called the Talisman.

It is a fight they cannot hope to win, but if they lose, they will be trapped forever in the past.

The Roman Villa

A year after their initial adventure, another gift arrives, and Mitch fears it is a call to use the cloak again.

This time, they travel further into the past, to a mysterious and dangerous time of Druids, Romans, and Celtic warriors, where an ancient prophesy awaits them.

There, they must draw on all their courage and ingenuity to win their freedom and retrieve their cloak, along with the Talisman, from the powerful Centurion who stole them. To fail will not only mean they can never return to their own world, but also, that the one they are trapped in, will perish.

The Sacred Tor

Hoping their second trip was their last, Mitch and Charlie are surprised to receive yet another gift, and even more surprised to discover that their mother has hidden their cloak. Undeterred, they locate the cloak and put it to use, but is it too late?

Finding themselves in a place they do not belong at a time they are not supposed to be there, they face their biggest challenge yet.

Thrust headlong into the horrors of war, and surrounded by enemies, they struggle to return to their original mission. If they fail, life—for those living in the world they find themselves in—will alter unimaginably.

The Bard of Tilbury

Lulled into believing this year’s gift of a feather promises a safe adventure, they end up in the year 1588, where a stranger, claiming to be a kinsman of Pendragon, befriends them.

Agreeing to join him on his journey, they soon find themselves trapped by a band of thieves, and taken into the army once again.

At the centre of a deadly conspiracy, the three friends must use all their talents to regain the lost Talisman and return it to its rightful owner. On their side, they have only their wits, courage, and an unlikely confederate: William Shakespeare.

The Crystal Palace

This year, the gift is a strange one: a set of old glass cutters, which sends them on their journey unprepared.

An encounter with an angry landowner turns them into fugitives and sends them on an odyssey–accompanied by a not-so-distant-relative–to discover what they have been sent to 1851 to do.

Seeking shelter, and employment, at The Great Exhibition, they find the Talisman, reunite with an old friend, and become embroiled in an anarchist plot. Surrounded by enemies, they must somehow save a life, and a Kingdom, and the Talisman, but are they able to do all three?

The White Feather

This year, finding themselves in a country fighting a desperate battle against an unstoppable enemy, they must find a way to defeat a war machine the likes of which the world has never seen. Standing in their way are German spies and the menacing technology of modern warfare.

Without allies or the power of the mystical stone known as the Talisman to guide them, their ingenuity and courage are all that stands between them and an invincible foe. And time is running out.

To save the Land, and themselves, they engage in a desperate race to find the key to victory, conquer the zeppelin, and return alive.

The Isle of Avalon

This year, the cloak takes them on their seventh journey, and they fear it may be their last.

They return to where they started, revisiting the time when they first met their friend, Pendragon. But Pendragon is missing, and an evil king is searching for him.

Mitch and Charlie soon find themselves in the middle of a deadly stand-off between two warring armies, a stand-off that leaves them no way out, and no way home.

The Talisman

Just when they think they are safe, they are called to another adventure. This time, they find themselves thrown into a world in turmoil, where they face insurmountable odds.

Called to individual adventures, they each must overcome impossible obstacles in order to complete their missions. At stake is the future of the world. And if they fail, they will have no future to go back to.
