 By now, we were cold and getting tired of seeing old things and men dressed up in silly costumes, so we headed for the gates.

 This is what the crowds looked like that day--a less than agreeable day well before the start of the actual tourist season. Visit at your peril. |
 Despite some grey days and the requisite rain, spring has been quite nice and the scenery beautiful.
